We will count on you to:
- Create and Maintain Metadata:
- Review and approve requests for changes or creation of financial metadata in support of company wide transactional (EBS) and financial reporting systems, including assigning the related properties to support internal and external reporting
- Provide data governance support by assisting users in diagnosing and resolving financial reporting issues, escalating when necessary
- Assist with Data Governance Projects:
- Periodic review of data for consistency and accuracy
- Testing and implementation of hierarchies and related structures for mass requests / large scale changes in business and processes
- Administrative Support:
- Process documentation development and maintenance
- Support the team by managing team metrics and project reporting updates, managing and updating distribution lists, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or similar in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with data governance, data meta management
- Familiarity with SQL and Oracle EBS or SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
