DBA Database Administrator (SQL Server) - Middle - Híbrido

We are seeking a  Database Administrator  for our Mexico City team.

Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Monitor database performance.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and restores.

• Monitor security and apply patches and updates.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize SQL queries.

• Tune server configuration to improve performance.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support to users and other IT teams.

• Diagnose and resolve database issues.

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot database-related applications.

Data Management:

• Implement and maintain data management policies.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Manage data replication and synchronization between different systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of database configuration and changes.

• Generate reports on the status and performance of the database.

• 2-3 years of experience in the aforementioned activities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and data security and management best practices.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft SQL, MySQL,.
• Conversational English

Salary :  $42k   gross  per month
