FOR EXPANSION WE ARE LOOKING FOR: DATA OPERATIONS ENGINEER (SNOWFLAKE)

Location: Puebla (In-site)

The Challenge: 

To design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable data pipelines, supporting the seamless migration from SQL Server to Snowflake on AWS, ensuring efficient data Flow across the organisation and contributing to the execution of the global data strategy.

Key Roles and Responsabilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintain data

·        Implement and manage data integration processes

·        Optimise Snowflake performance.

·        Enforce data security and compliance measures

·        Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and key stakeholders

·        Evaluate and recommend complementary tools and technologies

·        Document and maintain data infrastructure processes and standards

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer or related field

Certifications in Snowflake, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.

Experience and Skills:

·        Experience working in multi-market or global environments.

·        Extensive experience with Snowflake and SQL-based data warehouses. Deep understanding of

·        ETL processes, data pipeline design, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

·        Strong experience in integrating data from multiple sources into a centralised data platform.

·        Familiarity with data modelling, data transformation, and data management principles.

·        A proactive and methodical approach to identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and

·        designing long-term solutions for data architecture and processes.
