Customer Care Senior
Job Summary –
This position will provide system & process support for printing department at HP, following and analysis of specific data. For this position strong analysis skills are essential. Main task: to process customer´s purchase order process and follow up. Supports day-to-day support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)
Years of experience needed – 2-3
Technical Skills:
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.
- Excellence in customer service
- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
- Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
- Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs
- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.

Pay: $14,000.00 pesos per month.
