We are looking for individuals passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting users in the use and troubleshooting of issues related to our enterprise software platforms.
Responsibilities:
Attention and resolution of tickets, emails, or technical chats.
Basic diagnosis of software problems.
Support for the end user in the correct use of the tools. Escalate complex cases to higher levels or product teams.
Requirements:
Basic-intermediate knowledge of business software.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
Enjoyment of customer interaction and problem resolution.
Analytical skills and continuous learning.
Advanced English (speaking, reading and comprehension).
Previous experience in technical support/customer service.
Desirable:
Knowledge in any of the mentioned areas.
Experience in SaaS platforms like Zoho or any of our competitors.
