We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Functional Consultant specializing in Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (BY-TMS).

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of TMS solutions to meet our clients' logistics and supply chain needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to transportation management.
• Assist in the design and configuration of Blue Yonder TMS modules, leveraging database knowledge for efficient data modeling and management.
• Based on project requirement participate in the end-to-end implementation of TMS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Utilize development skills to customize and extend TMS functionalities, addressing unique client requirements.
• Provide user training and support & address any concerns related to the application and ensuring smooth adoption of the TMS solution.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance, including database integrity checks, to validate the functionality and performance of the TMS modules.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve any software, configuration, or database-related issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and updates related to TMS, logistics technology, and database management to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, etc.)
• Strong understanding of transportation management concepts, supply chain and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder TMS software and its modules.
• Database knowledge and experience in SQL for effective data management and reporting
• Previous experience in consulting or implementing TMS solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and database systems.
