As an experienced Change Management Consultant , you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost- effective service to our clients.

ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX facilities are in Queretaro, Monterrey and Guadalajara, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. ·        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, or psychology, in Communications, Marketing, Business; or equivalent experience

·        3+ years of hands-on/applied experience in the areas above

·        Background in Digital communication tools

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.

·        Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software

·        Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders

·        Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws

·        Adaptability and openness to continuous learning
