Role Overview

We are looking for an Ad Success Representative to support a key client in the digital advertising space. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on operational execution. You’ll act as the bridge between client partners and internal Ad Operations teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategic Partnership

Manage 3–4 client relationships, including sub-brands within large holding companies. Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with clients. Provide proactive insights and recommendations to drive account growth and retention. Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion.

Campaign Management & Operational Support

Serve as the primary liaison between client teams and Ad Operations. Manage campaign requests, submissions, and quality assurance. Support campaign setup and execution across Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve (Ads Manager) platforms. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues using tools like Slack, Salesforce, and internal trackers.

Insight Generation & Performance Optimization

Analyze campaign performance data and trends. Convert data into actionable insights aligned with client objectives. Present findings and optimization strategies in a clear, narrative format.

Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement

Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to relay client feedback and enhance services. Contribute to workflow optimization and standardization efforts. Support internal documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Performance Metrics

Task volume by type, region, and priority Average handle time for support and operational workflows Quality Assurance scores for campaign accuracy and strategy Monthly CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores from clients


What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing role Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Outreach.io) Strong analytical and communication skills
