About the Role

We are seeking a   Call Center Representative   to work   directly for a U.S.-based company   that specializes in   home services, insulation, and attic solutions   for households across the United States.

This role is critical to the customer experience and involves   daily communication with U.S. customers in English ,   booking and scheduling services ,   managing leads , and   accurately documenting all interactions in CRM systems , including   Buildertrend . You will work closely with the Call Center and Sales teams to ensure productivity goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with U.S. customers via phone, email, and text
  • Book and schedule service appointments, ensuring proper lead qualification and accuracy
  • Accurately enter and maintain client information in Buildertrend and other CRM tools
  • Follow up with potential customers and document all interactions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, talk time, and booked appointments
  • Collaborate with Call Center and Sales teams to achieve productivity and performance goals
  • Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge
  • Handle confidential client information responsibly and securely
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of experience working with   U.S.-based companies or customers
  • Advanced or proficient English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in roles such as   Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar
  • Proven experience booking appointments or scheduling services for customers
  • Strong ability in lead management, data entry, and contact tracking within CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet daily targets
  • Comfortable working with phone systems, email, text messaging, and web-based platforms
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in fast-paced call center or service-based environments
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar CRM / scheduling systems
  • Experience qualifying leads or supporting sales teams
