Business Systems Analyst Bilingüe en EmployIT

On behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturing organization, our recruitment firm is seeking a highly skilled Technical  Bilingual Business Systems Analyst to join their Information Services Shared Services team located in Yecapixtla, Morelos .

In this role, you will act as a strategic liaison between business operations and global IS teams . You will participate in enterprise-level business improvement initiatives to modernize, consolidate, and continuously optimize ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, and manufacturing support systems .

• Location: Yecapixtla, Morelos, Mexico (100% On-Site)

• Language Requirement: Fluent / Advanced English (Mandatory for daily collaboration with global functional teams)

• Selection Process: Managed by our recruitment agency in direct collaboration with the client.

• Business & Systems Analysis: Gather stakeholder requirements, analyze data, and formulate system specifications and technical solutions for ERP, BI, CRM, and collaboration tools .

• Project Management: Lead and provide project oversight for global IS continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams .

• Implementation & Optimization: Maintain existing applications, evaluate software options, coordinate new system implementations, and perform cost-benefit/ROI analyses .

• User Training & Adoption: Organize and deliver training to end-users to ensure maximum technology adoption and efficiency .

• Security & Disaster Recovery: Ensure "Security by Design" principles and robust Disaster Recovery planning are embedded in all new software implementations and developments .

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, BIS, CIS, or equivalent practical experience . (Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science is a plus) .

• Experience: 5+ years of IT experience with broad knowledge across ERP, CRM, Intranet, BI, and IT Infrastructure .

• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Required) .

• Industry Background: Experience as a business analyst within textile or process manufacturing is a strong plus .

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics is a huge PLUS

• Key Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure .
