We are seeking a proactive Business Developer with a strong sales background to accelerate our growth. You’ll identify opportunities, forge partnerships, and close deals, directly impacting our expansion. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building relationships remotely.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 3–5 years in business development/sales, preferably in startups or tech.

· Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing complex deals.

· Proficiency in CRM software and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated with strong time management for remote work.

· Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFLUENCE

· Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect, qualify leads, and convert them into clients through strategic outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling).

· Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships to expand market reach.

· Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.

· Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead to closure, using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

· Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

· Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.

· Performance Metrics: Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly targets for revenue and pipeline growth.

· Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech].

· Existing network in relevant sectors.

· Multilingual abilities.
