About the role

We are seeking skilled Business Analysts. The ideal candidates will excel in breaking down Epics into actionable Stories in Jira, guiding Developers through implementation, and serving as the key liaison between Technology and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Utilize Jira to manage and break down Epics into user Stories.

-Provide clear guidance to Developers for Story implementation.

-Facilitate communication by answering Developer questions and gathering requirements from Business Users.

-Act as a bridge between technical and non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst

-Proficiency in Jira for Agile project management.

-Experience with SQL and Java , or familiarity working with Java based teams.

- Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus.

- Background in data integration frameworks, especially syncing data between databases and Salesforce, is highly desirable.
