About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to lead the definition of business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, support agile teams, and help shape strategic proposals that drive impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and write business requirements in a clear and concise manner.

• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.

• Collaborate effectively with mid-level client management to understand challenges and propose solutions.

• Develop business cases and proposals to support strategic decisions.

• Participate in planning sessions, requirement refinement, and validation processes.

• Support the Scrum team in defining user stories and acceptance criteria.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proficiency in business terminology and proposal writing.

• Proven ability to write business requirements that translate into effective technical documentation.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the rooftop solar industry.

• Familiarity with the electricity sector.

• Understanding of the U.S. electricity market is a strong plus.
