Job Title: Trainee Business Analyst
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with excellent English communication skills who are eager to build a career as a Business Analyst . If you have a bachelor's degree and a willingness to learn functional business analysis, we'd love to hear from you!

• Participate in an intensive 8–10 week onsite training program in Guadalajara.
• Learn Business Analysis concepts, functional responsibilities, and industry best practices.
• Upon successful completion of the training, you will be deployed as a full-time Business Analyst with our client.

• Training Period: MXN $2,000 per week stipend.
• Post Training: MXN $18,000 gross per month plus employee benefits.
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) after completing the training.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills (professional level).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a Business Analyst role.
• Able to attend onsite training in Guadalajara for 8–10 weeks.
