We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  
ATM Maintenance Administrative Analyst

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for document, report and data analyse everything regarding the over 300 requests of Self-service ATMs Network in a timely manner and with continuous contact as Third Party Vendor Manager for Contracts, Payments and Incidences Management. The owner of this role act as business analyst that review the incidences tickets regarding the ATMs Maintenance status and deliver the analysis and actions to give them support by vendors contraction.

 

Main Activities:

  • Respond in a timely prior manner to over 300 tickets asking maintenance for ATMs Self Service Machines
  • Interact with vendors as a Third-Party Manager in awareness of cost, contracts, and timelines for service hiring
  • Deliver Support and Status to the Global Team completely in an English Conversational form by online sessions
  • Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management
  • Data processing -  data entry, basic data analysis
  • Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
  • Co-ordination - co-ordination activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
 
Calificaciones
 

Qualifications Required: 

Mandatory:

  • +3 years of experience as ATM Maintenance Analyst in Global Companies

  • +3 years of experience as Third Party / Vendor Manager reviewing Contracts, Service Hiring and Costs
  • Leadership and decision making specially for third party management.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple, complex, competing demands/work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including capacity to articulate stance and alternatives to Business and IT users; ability to build and maintain good working relationships at a range of levels (internally and externally.)
  • Ability to work under pressure, for long periods either individually or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage to resolution.

Desired

  • Optimize budget consumptions for third party SSE contracts
  • IT teams support

Language Level:

  • English level – Conversational Intermediate – Advanced B2
