Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Engineer - Remote - Mx. en IncFile

We are Bizee (formerly IncFile) - now looking for an AI Engineer with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the company to prototype, build, and implement AI solutions that solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and collaborative, with a passion for applying cutting-edge AI techniques to create practical, scalable tools.

• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for LLM-driven solutions.
  

• Prototype, test, and iterate on AI applications using state-of-the-art LLMs and related technologies.
  

• Design and implement production-ready AI systems that integrate with existing infrastructure.
  

• Fine-tune and optimize models for specific business use cases.
  

• Evaluate performance and scalability of AI solutions.
  

• Stay current with the latest research and trends in natural language processing, generative AI, and LLM architectures.
  

• Work closely with data engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
  

• 2-3 years of experience working directly with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Cohere, custom architectures).
  

• Advanced English (Mandatory) - Both written and spoken.

• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX preferred).

• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model deployment.
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
  

• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (data preprocessing, model training, evaluation).
  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

• Experience with multi-modal models (text + images, audio, etc.).
  

• Knowledge of MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, experiment tracking).
  Background in applied research or contributions to open-source AI projects.

• Previous work in enterprise environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
