Job Details and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect to join our growing AI team. Being a hands-on role, you will be comfortable writing production code and building AI models/services. The role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with the ability to engage clients, shape solutions, and guide cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation. As an AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing robust, scalable AI systems tailored to the unique needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Design -

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI

opportunities.

• Lead AI discovery and architecture workshops.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and technical roadmaps.

AI Architecture & Strategy -

• Design end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model development,

MLOps, and deployment architectures.

• Define AI architecture best practices and standards.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks for AI solutions.

Thought Leadership & Innovation -

• Stay current with advancements in AI and emerging technologies.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and accelerators.

• Support business development with technical expertise, proposal input, and client

demos.

Evaluation and Optimization -

• Continuously assess the performance of AI systems, optimizing algorithms and

models to improve accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of overall experience in software/IT.
• 5+ years working with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
•  3+ years designing end-to-end AI/MLOps architectures and leading projects.
• Expertise in Golang and its application in AI development.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques .
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SAP data models and business processes (desirable)
