Ad Success Representative (Portuguese-Speaking)

We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Ad Success Representative to support a high-profile client in the digital advertising space. This role blends strategic account management with operational excellence , requiring both tactical execution and strategic insight. You will be the primary bridge between our client partners and Ad Operations, ensuring campaign success through streamlined processes, clear insights, and exceptional service.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can move confidently between detailed execution and big-picture planning.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Partnership
  • Manage a portfolio of 3–4 client partners , including subsidiaries of major holding companies.

  • Conduct weekly client check-ins in Portuguese and English , providing strategic recommendations and fostering long-term trust.

  • Drive account retention and revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering value-added solutions.

Campaign Management & Operational Support
  • Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and Ad Operations.

  • Submit and track tickets, oversee QA processes, and ensure timely campaign delivery.

  • Support Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve (Ads Manager) campaign execution.

Insight Generation & Optimization
  • Analyze performance data and extract key insights.

  • Develop optimization strategies aligned with campaign goals.

  • Communicate findings clearly through narrative reporting tailored to both Portuguese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration & Workflow Development
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to surface client feedback and drive innovation.

  • Help standardize workflows with internal process teams such as MediaMint’s operations.

  • Contribute to the creation of documentation, guides, and team knowledge bases.

Performance Metrics
  • Case volume handled by type, region, and client

  • Average handle time for support and operational tasks

  • QA accuracy across campaign delivery and strategic execution

  • Monthly CSAT scores from client partners

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Ad Operations, Account Management, or related client-facing roles

  • Experience using Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Outreach.io)

  • Exceptional problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, digital advertising environment

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

  • Experience with digital ad products such as Direct IO, Programmatic, or Self-Serve platforms is a plus
