Join our team! Partner with the wider Customer Training & Education Team to maintain on-demand training materials and live webinar calendars within our Learning Management System (LMS) for Thomson Reuters Legal products

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Training Administrator , you will be responsible to:

  • Maintain global webinar calendar by uploading dates for events two months in advance
  • Enter new global webinar courses using information provided by the instructor
  • Edit webinar courses as needed using information provided by the instructor
  • Provide analytics on webinar registrations and attendance to key stakeholders
  • Work with internal partners to provide recommendations on webinar best practices
  • Oversee Instructor Led Training queries coming into a central Outlook inbox
  • Upload and maintain eLearning courses as needed to the LMS
  • Create and maintain a library of Customer Training badges via the LMS
  • Intake new registrations and enroll users accordingly via the LMS
  • Partner with team of Training Administrators to ensure continuity of LMS systems globally
  • Oversee LMS registration queries coming into a central Microsoft Forms location
  • Provide analytics on LMS registrations and usage to key stakeholders
  • Maintain additional eLearning content as needed via microlearning technology platforms
  • Manage projects from start to finish in collaboration with various internal teams and any necessary external vendors

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge and working experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically English proficiency
  • Creative thinker, open to change, and learns quickly when facing new problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven project management and organization skills
