·          Manage the UIP infrastructure (Aspect) that support the domestic market operations.

·          Assist the vendor in the implementation of new versions and /or updates to the servers.

·          Analyze the log and utilization reports to identify the health of the services. 

MAIN job requirements

·          Advances knowledge managing Telephony systems (UIP, ISDN, VoIP, SIP, R2).

·          Knowledge of OS such as Windows Server, Linux, Windows 7.

·          Knowledge of Networking for basic troubleshooting.

·          Knowledge of Database engines such as MSSQL, Sybase, MYSQL

·          Spanish 100%

·       English 100%
