Technical Support (On Site) en Adecco

We are looking for an  Technical Support Engineer (On Site).

Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-At least 1 year of experience providing Technical Support level 2 and level 3.

-Technical support to users On Site.

-Experience in implementation, migration and administration of ERP´s.

-Experience documenting process mapping in several areas.

-Preferably knowledge of ERP's such as: Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.

-Management and Administration of SQL Server Databases and Windows Servers.

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
