Technical Support Lead en Eworkplace Manufacturing

Required Skills:

3 years relevant Experience for manager Service Desk - IT support operation. 

Having experience of managing a team size of minimum 5 people. 

Having sound experience in managing customer requirement as onsite location.

Responsible for fulfilling team request and provide full support to team members. 

Keep all the required SLA met.

Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues. 

Provide your teams with direction, guidance, and support in dealing with Customer escalations and incident or problem prioritization. 

Solid or advanced SAP B1 knowledge (ESSENTIAL) .

English conversational (ESSENTIAL)
