Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate visions into reality, enhance systems end-to-end, and share your insights through impactful training and presentations.

About the role:
As a Technical Solutions Architect you will:

  • Designs technical solutions that will fit into both short- and long- term business objectives
  • Leads architecture and design of shared software frameworks and components in collaboration with other architecture teams.
  • Starts and completes highly complex technical projects, and review the outcome with stakeholders
  • Prototypes, develops and benchmarks emerging technologies for their applicability; including ML and GenAI solutions
  • Partners with business/technology leaders, design teams and TR labs to align application development with the strategic direction
  • Translates product requirements into engineering actionable deliverables (such as user stories) and host review meetings with the cross functional teams
  • Explores and brings new systems to operational status, applying new technologies in innovative ways for E2E system enhancements (BE, FE and cloud platform).
  • Troubleshoots and resolves a variety of complex problems and technical issues taking a holistic and preventive perspective across systems and technologies.
  • Ensures appropriate governance is applied to the technical aspects of projects in their domain.
  • Develops and delivers formal and informal technical training, presentations, and white papers to both internal and external audiences.


About you:

You are a fit as a Technical Solutions Architect if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related.
  • At least 10 years of cloud software development experience - extended periods with of both Front-End and Back-End Experience.

Backend:

  • Experience with object-oriented programming with languages, preferably C#, .NET Core and Python
  • Machine learning experience in deploying models into production as a service
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or analogous technologies in AWS
  • Experience with a variety of SQL and No-SQL database technologies and Elasticsearch

Frontend:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
  • In depth knowledge of Angular or React
  • Knowledgeable in creating and deploying Micro frontend (MFE)
  • Experience in state management (i.e., redux or NgRx), hooks and pure functions
  • Understanding of version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience independently evaluating, suggesting improvement for, and translating feedback on code.
