Technical Sales Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or similar.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years.

English: Fluent conversational English essential

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives and market penetration goals in Latin America.

• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts for AI solutions, taking into account region-specific cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.

• Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads and closing deals with enterprise clients, government agencies and other organizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product roadmap and customer needs.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on the design, implementation, and integration of AI solutions, including data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, and leverage insights to continually improve our offerings and go-to-market strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, resellers and channel partners to expand our reach and drive business growth in the region.

• Serve as a thought leader and advocate for AI adoption in Latin America through participation in industry events, talks and networking activities.


Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on artificial intelligence, software solutions or technology services.

• In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including their applications, architectures, and implementation best practices.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English and Spanish essential (command of Portuguese is an advantage).

• Willingness to travel within Latin America as necessary.
