·          Bachelor’s degree in a Engineering field. MBA is a plus.

·          Minimum of 5 years of experience a technical role (e.g., developer, engineer, data analyst) or product management.

·          Proven experience on software development and test solutions in a manufacturing environment.

·          Technical proficiency on software development skills and capabilities across multiple languages:  Python, C#, C++, and Java.

·          Work experience to high-volume repair/manufacturing operation.

·          Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

·          Strong ability to collaborate with globally diverse stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality and finance.

·          Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while moving at the speed of business and our customers

·          Quality tools approach Six Sigma, Kaizen using different techniques such as DMAIC, 5 Whys, Value Stream Map, PFMEA, Control Plans, Paretos.

·          Fluent in English.
