What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Integration Projects: Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven success in implementation projects, particularly focusing on systems integration. Previous experience within the FinTech sector is highly desired.
• Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrate the ability to forge strong partnerships with clients and project teams, ensuring seamless cooperation and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configuration Proficiency: Showcase your adeptness in configuring systems to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Technical Acumen: Possess practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases, alongside proficiency in XML/XSLT and other data transformation standards.
• Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration technologies and standards such as IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, API, and others will be advantageous.
• Finance Knowledge: Show interest or knowledge in investment finance, including financial instruments and capital markets, to better understand and cater to client needs.
• Analytical Mindset: Bring strong analytical skills, coupled with a proactive and holistic approach to problem-solving within the project scope.
• Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and a proficient command of English to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or possess equivalent experience in the field.

Highly Desirable:

• Financial Integration Experience: Previous experience with integrating financial IT systems, coupled with a solid understanding of industry standards such as SWIFT and Bloomberg, will be highly valued.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Design and Delivery: Lead the technical design, build, and delivery of integration solutions for our client's Dimension system, aligning with client specifications and requirements.
• Global Collaboration: Engage remotely in implementation projects worldwide, fostering collaboration with colleagues across different teams and locations.
• Requirement Understanding: Gather, comprehend, and document client technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge Sharing: Actively share your expertise and insights with colleagues and teams, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Testing Support: Prepare test cases, provide support for System Integration Tests (SIT), and contribute to User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Documentation and Demonstration: Unit test, document, and demonstrate solutions built, ensuring transparency and accessibility for stakeholders.
