Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Resideo executives. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Provide superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time. Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support. Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment. 

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist the Director of Operations.
  • Organize travel reservations and expense reports for the Director and VP of Operations.
  • Support managers with travel reservations and/or expense reports.
  • Ensure that visitors comply with the company's internal security controls.
  • Maintain visitor safety equipment in optimal condition.
  • Provide administrative or logistics support to visitors.
  • Front Desk.
  • Answering telephone calls from the site.
  • Actively participate with the HR department in organizing employee events.
  • Support with invoice receipts for building services.
  • Coordination of the use of equipment to employees.
  • Provide support with events or services for visitors.
  • Process and monitor Corporate credit card personnel.
  • Receive and process travel expense reports for Site executives.

 

YOU MUST HAVE:
 

  • Superior technical / Bachelor Degree 
  • Knowledge Excel
  • English Advanced
