We will count on you to:

  • Project Coordination and System Implementation : Coordinate projects and work with business and external vendors on the implementation of new system modules.
  • Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Technical Support : Provide prompt responses to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize business disruption.
  • System Configuration : Assist in the setup and configuration of software based on identified requirements.
  • Documentation and Training : Maintain accurate records of support actions and conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement and Collaboration : Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and integration.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting system-related issues.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SaaS solutions implementation or support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
