Snowflake Administrator Senior - Híbrido en LTIMindtree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Experience with Snowflake backups and restores, manually and using Snowflake and other tools.

•          Knowledge on Cloud Data eco-system

•          Analyze production workloads and develop strategies to run Snowflake database with scale and efficiency

•          Experience in Snowflake performance tuning, capacity planning, handling cloud spend and utilization

•          Lead Cross regional data replication and be an expert at database recovery features

•          Strong expertise in Azure specifically in compute, storage & security services

•          Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix shell scripting and SQL

•          Monitoring health, tuning, and growth of such cloud databases.

•          Manage and monitor user access to the databases.

•          Experience with data and batch loading processes.

•          Strong Data Modelling and Database design skills.

•          Experience with disk Space Capacity Planning, Machine Sizing, Disaster Recovery.

•          Strong knowledge on Tuning warehouses.

•          Knowledge and experience in working with Snowflake DB Proficiency with optimization techniques.

•          Thorough understanding of software development life cycle.

•          Experience administering a large enterprise database environment. Proficiency in design, administration, implementation, upgrades, monitoring and database.

•          Proficiency in database tuning, to ensure that applications run efficiently and reliably

•          Strong communication skills

Desired :   

•          Good to have MEMSQL and Oracle database administration skills.

 

 

Certifications (Good to have)

•          SnowPro Advanced: Database Administrator 

Educational Qualification:

BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent.
