We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Aguascalientes.

About the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for design, development, and support implementation of our enterprise applications. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop and maintain our codebase, and you will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior engineers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work in small teams in a nimble/fast paced environment.
• Architect, design, develop and support enterprise software (Mixed-mode, On Premise and Cloud environment).
• Build unit and integration tests and integrate with Continuous Integration/Deployment.
• Help to set the overall architecture of the organization.
• Design SQL Database tables, stored procedures, etc.
• Support existing applications.
• Identify and fix immediate issues as well as develop long-term plans to enhance and/or replace existing systems.
• Work directly with the BA and QA team members to ensure that business requirements are met, and test cases are covered.

Qualifications:

• ⁠   ⁠ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• ⁠   ⁠ 5+ years of experience in software development.

• ⁠   ⁠ Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks.

• ⁠   ⁠ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• ⁠   ⁠ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
