Senior Software Development Engineer - .Net Core
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior-level software engineer with strong Front End/Angular skills to our team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new features using Angular and Web Components.

Sr. Software Development Engineers are experienced professionals that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. They have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in software development. Sr. Software Development Engineers interact with internal and external teams to train them on the products, work on projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. In this role, you will mentor and guide others by reviewing the code of more junior software engineers as well as encourage others to grow their technical skillset. Sr. Software Development Engineers are creative problem solvers and are involved in continuously driving improvements across the software development life cycle as well as ensure best practices are utilized.

In this opportunity as a Senior Software Development Engineer , you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Ability to contribute to the maintenance and support of production system as necessary.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance to achieve goals.
  • Provide creative and elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Work together with your team and other teams to deliver high-grade, performant, well-documented and resilient features.
  • Train and mentor more junior colleagues.
  • Explains difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.
  • Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.

About You
You are a fit for the role of Senior Software Development Engineer if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline is required.
  • 4+ years software development experience using Front End, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript or other core languages across the technology industry.
  • Experience with Angular 2+ (Preferrable most recent versions like Angular 15+).
  • Experience with Git source control.
  • Sound understanding of project management and code versioning tools (i.e., Github, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Web technologies, such as: Angular, CSS, RXJS and HTML 5.
  • Experience with CSS style sheets.
  • Experience creating and executing Unit Tests in the Front End using Karma and Jasmine framework.
  • Ability to connect to back-end services using RESTful APIs


You can be a better fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience with Back End technologies, such as: .Net, ASP.Net, C#, Data Manipulation.
  • Good understanding of Cloud tecnhologies, such as: Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with Web Components.
  • Experience with SASS.
  • Data structure and algorithm experience when solving problems.
