General Description

As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing financial solutions that align with business goals. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, configuration teams, and developers, ensuring that solutions deliver tangible business value. You will also lead a small team of Business Analysts and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Working in process analysis and SAP FICO solution design.
• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules including AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Budget Control.
• Ensure compliance with Mexico localization and DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within scope and budget.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and business analysts.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills (Mid Level)

• SAP FICO (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Fixed Assets, Budget Control)
• Business Analysis and Process Consulting
• Mexico Localization Implementation
• DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO implementations

Nice to Have

• SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting
• Experience in multicultural environments
• Exposure to agile methodologies
