The Opportunity

 

This role supports the sustainment and delivery of the Warehouse Management capability of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) built through SAP S4 concepts.  Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to the warehousing activity as the solution is deployed in the scoped countries. The immediate focus will be set in the successful sustainment and delivery of the PBNA solution. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.  

 

Your Impact

 

As Associate Manager  your scope would consist of:

  • Manage day to day activities such as triage incidents, service requests. Monitor jobs and clear alerts generated. - Accountable
  • Ensure PepsiCo Corporate Warehousing policies reflected in the PGT are implemented to standard with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute
  • Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
  • Ensure PGT lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
  • Collaborate with other functional value stream teams to align on MTD processes and related cross functional configuration and WRICEFs - Consult/Execute
  • Support activities to ensure success and optimal health of solution such as Technical Cutover, Regression testing, Defect resolution, System maintenance checkouts, etc. - Consult/Execute
  • Facilitate support required across other IT teams to get to ticket resolution. Partnering with enabling teams such as ABAP/App Dev, MW PI/PO, Mobility, Basis, etc. - Consult/Execute
  • Collaborate with all value stream teams to sustain and deliver the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM)
  • Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
  • Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
  • Work on system minor enhancements as part of the demand management process – Consult / Execute
  • Help lead a team of 12-15 contractors and employees to support the PBNA business as more site deployments occur in 2024, 2025 and 2026 – Accountable



Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.


Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management.
  • 6+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
  • Experience in other areas of Make To Deploy desirable – including Quality Management, Production Planning, Production Execution, Inventory Management
  • Record of success in deploying SAP Warehousing solutions (WM, eWM) as a global capability
  • Complete understanding of the E2E process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales & Distribution)
  • Knowledge of the master data objects on the warehousing domain and the data migration processes and tools
  • Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo
  • Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, and MS Project
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Consulting background, ITIL and /or APICS certifications are a plus
