Responsibilities :
As an Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems.
Provide technical expertise and support for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Analyze and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud performance to meet business objectives.
Stay updated on Salesforce Service Cloud best practices and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications :
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Apex is recommended.
L2/L3 Support Incident Lead
Good experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, LWC , APEX, Flows, GITHUB, CAPADO, five 9 CTI
Also, Integration with SOAP and REST APIs and good to have Java Scripts, LWR Framework, Lightning Communities
Fluent in English
