FordPro seeks a highly skilled and experienced leader to serve as a Technical Team Lead and Salesforce Architect. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of modern software development practices. While possessing Salesforce architectural knowledge is required, the primary focus is on leading and mentoring a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining secure, efficient CI/CD processes for our Salesforce and other applications. You will guide the team in implementing best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring the security and reliability of our development processes.


What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a Salesforce Technical Enablement and DevSecOps engineering team.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster professional development.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, track progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and other applications.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Provide architectural guidance on the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and related infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevSecOps practices.


What you’ll need

  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in  Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Cloud Computing or related field of study.
  • or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and best practices.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD technologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, Bash).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development practices (preferred, not required).
  • Significant business acumen
  • Uses their emotional intelligence to build consensus


Even better if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, LWC, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience leading delivery and support teams
