Salesforce Administrator will function both as a Salesforce admin and also support the maintenance and development of existing products on the Salesforce platform.

•       The Administrator will work with product owners, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, configure, and deploy new business processes.

•       The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platform orgs.

•       Owns all aspects of Salesforce administration, configuration, maintenance, technical/functional capabilities

•       Manage major and minor Salesforce releases including sandbox refreshes and regression testing

•       Manage the structure, policy, enforcement and deployment of configuration and code changes in appropriate promotional paths.

•       Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by Salesforce users, performs analysis on data as required.

•       Maintain and communicate Salesforce metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.

•       Manages enhancement releases including the release process, testing, tracking and communications.

•       Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation.

•       Executes all configuration changes

•       Performs any needed Data Migration

•       Manages and implements customization requests, including creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, process builders etc.

•       Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.

•       Maintains the Salesforce ticket queue by promptly responding to user questions and requests.

 

Must have skills:

•       4 to 6+ years of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud) ADMIN experience. Experience working as a member of an agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe) team.

•       Experience writing SOQL queries to assist in validating test results. Salesforce Mobile experience a plus. Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills. Retail/B2B Sales and Services experience a plus.

•      Certification preferred: Certification in Salesforce – Admin (Required), Advanced Admin (preferred)

•       Preferred to have experience and knowledge of APEX Classes, Aura UI Framework, Triggers, Workflows, Validations, and Visual Force pages including HTML, JavaScript

•       Experience with GitLab, Jenkins or similar automation framework, CI/CD, build and deployment pipeline

•       Experience working with webservices - Rest/Soap API, Apex Data Loader, Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Force.com IDE (Eclipse/VisualStudio/Mavensmate)

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

 

4 years of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
