Sales Support Coordinator (SSC)

Join our team to support the prospect to-cash process for the sales unit. This may include working in Salesforce systems and will also support following up on pending orders, helping work through tough questions related to contracts, or a customer-installed position, and helping follow up on billing questions, all working closely with the internal stakeholders.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Sales Support Coordinator , you will:

Complete administrative duties for the sales team, like scheduling appointments, answering customers' questions, and informing customers of their order statuses.

Create Commercial Policies. and proposals with information regarding products, financials, terms, etc.

Post - Sale follow-up.
-
Outreach sequence email set up for quick campaigns and appointment setting.
-
Reporting & tracking, maintaining databases e.g., sales, usage, online v/s print content.

Support implementation of new products/services.
-
Set up an Onboarding call.
-
Create quotes in Salesforce .
-
Product Profile update program.

Reference call campaign
About You
You’re a fit for the role if you r background includes :
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least finished High School.

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting sales teams.

Fluent English is a must,

Demonstrating the ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.
-
Maintaining stable performance under pressure (such as time pressure or job ambiguity); handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others in the organization.

Displaying determination, persistence, and patience and being resilient in the face of adversity.

Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to change behavior in response to new situations.

Actively partner with your sales and marketing team members to consistently create new sales campaigns that will generate new, highly qualified sales opportunities that convert to revenue.
