Join our team! The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales activities within Mexico for our fiscal and editorial information products. The role demands a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the fiscal and legal landscape.

About the Role:  

In this opportunity as a Sales Manager , you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay abreast of new product offerings and changes in the fiscal and legal market to guide strategic direction and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams to align efforts, enhance product offerings, and drive sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's values and integrity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and products.

About You  

You’re a fit for the role if you r background includes  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the fiscal, legal, or publishing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to travel as required.
