MAIN FUNCTIONS
à Serve as engineer of network planning and optimization, independently undertake delivery.
à Use tools to perform network planning and optimization according to the standard process and guide to achieve standardized and modular delivery.
à Fulfill tasks according to SOP and produce qualified deliverables.
à Continuously improve operational efficiency and ensure high quality operation results.
à Sum up cases and service requirements.
à Serve as TL/SA of network planning and optimization, lead delivery and service development of large scale projects/networks.
à Win internal and external customer’s recognition of the solutions and business objectives like baseline, efficiency, quality or competitiveness.
à Participate and give sharing sessions, presenting to the team topics selected.
à Elaborate documents writing related to the department activities, such as RF Process Descriptions.
à Guide and train lower level engineers.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
à Electrical and electronics engineering, telecommunications or related.
à Programming and database management knowledge.
à Knowledge of Transmission and Radio Frequency field.
à Network architecture for GSM, UMTS, LTE. 5G is a plus.
à Mobile Communications systems concepts.
à Knowledge in documents control.
à Knowledge in elaborating reports.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The RF admin will support platform activities within RF department, focus on keep and improve department processes and control in activities like department delivery quality control, follow TL9000 certification norms, partners process management, Cyber security tracking, assets control, projects audits, costs analysis, department KPIs monitor and control.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
à Good planning skills
à Knowledge about quality control and improvement process oriented to services..
à Experiences in some ERP software (SAP, ISDP, etc).
à Project management process knowledge.
à Intermediate to advanced Excel domain
à Good management and presentation skills
à Advanced English level.
à 1 – 3 year’s working experience preferred.
