This is a bi-lingual position (primarily English) responsible for timely first contact resolution of employee incidents and requests, as well as escalation if necessary. This position requires top-notch internal customer-support service, with exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.

Role Responsibilities:

With a first contact resolution goal, receive, troubleshoot and resolve incidents via telephone and chat and tickets with technical and non-technical English and Spanish speaking end users.
Triage and escalate incidents that could not be resolved at first contact.
Receive, delegate and deliver incoming requests from Donaldson employees.
Escalate incidents and requests as necessary in accordance with service level agreements.
Properly document and categorize all calls into the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Contribute to company knowledgebase to aid in future troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees with ease.
6 months Service Desk Level 1 or equivalent troubleshooting and application support.

Preferred Qualifications:

CompTIA A+ certification a plus.
Demonstrated experience in areas of customer service preferred.
Previous ServiceNow experience a plus.
Excellent follow through and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
Experience supporting AD, MS Exchange, MS Windows 10/11, MS Office & Webex.
