This is a hybrid position based in beautiful Guadalajara, Jalisco, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.

What You'll Do:

• Be a Quality Champion:  Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for our software, both new and existing. Your keen eye will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate & Innovate:  Work closely with our development teams to investigate and resolve issues, contributing to the creation of high-quality releases.
• Automate for Success:  Build, manage, and execute manual and automated tests. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our custom automation frameworks and championing automation testing across the team.
• Own the Customer Experience:  Maintain a customer-centric perspective, advocating for their needs and ensuring our product meets their expectations.
• Deliver Results:  Meet sprint goals and support product releases through all stages of the release cycle.
• Document & Communicate:  Create clear and concise documentation, including test strategies, plans, cases, and reports.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve:  Continuously learn new tools and methodologies to remain at the forefront of QA best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Technical Prowess:  3+ years of QA experience with a deep understanding of QA methodologies.
• Coding Skills:  Expertise in at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python preferred).
• Automation Expertise:  Proven experience building and enhancing custom automation frameworks.
• Testing Tools Mastery:  Experience with automation coverage tools and API testing tools like Postman.
• Web Application Expertise:  Familiarity with modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js) and tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Problem-Solving Skills:  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for finding root cause solutions.
• Quality Obsession:  A high bar for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Agile Mindset:  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
