Job Description

• The QA Engineer play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our team’s software products., has expertise in testing
• methodologies and Agile practices and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations. 

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with test management tools and version control systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
• Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
• Continuous learning and improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to understand project requirements and user stories.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide input on test strategy, scope, and effort estimation.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify and document defects and issues, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices within the Agile framework.
• Perform regression testing, exploratory testing, and other testing activities as needed during development cycles.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing needs and outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide timely and accurate testing status reports and updates to the team and stakeholders.
• Maintain test environments and test data to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
