Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the development of our clients’ marketing solutions by coordinating all project phases between the client, internal resources, sales & support staff. This includes resource management, schedule attainment and effective customer communication. This position is part of a team and reports into a manager.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Project Manager , you will be responsible to:

  • Create a project plan containing objectives, timeline, priorities, and risks. Use this plan to assign work to internal teams.
  • Adapt work and communication style to diverse client groups, both internal and external. Elevate the importance of the project schedule and objectives.
  • Proactively communicate expectations and timely status updates to key stakeholders by phone and e-mail. Communicate in a clear, focused, professional manner to drive forward progress.
  • Deliver all projects on time.  Proactively address and resolve project conflicts and delays; use influence, resources and initiative to minimize the effect on the project plan. 
  • As the project leader, provide guidance, make decisions, problem-solve and prioritize. Establish cohesion on your teams.
  • Work with Client Managers as needed to ensure a positive client experience during the project and long-term.
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the project. Influences others on the project team to provide a high level of quality and efficiency, delivering a high level of client satisfaction

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • 4 Year College degree preferred.  Relevant major preferred (e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • 1-2 years Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of web design and digital marketing concepts preferred
  • Knowledge of law firm marketing concepts preferred
  • Consultative approach (e.g., interviewing, analysis, idea generation, problem solving, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and American English (written and verbal).
  • Strong Leadership skills:  Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and driven
