We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 years of experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Psft- Project Portfolio Management and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful project outcomes.onal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

 

Responsibilities

·          Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.

·          Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

·          Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative environment.

·          Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.

·          Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.

·          Develop detailed project plans including schedules milestones and risk management strategies.

·          Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

·          Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and senior management.

·          Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

·          Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation plans to address potential issues.

·          Utilize Psft

·          Project Portfolio Management tools to track project performance and generate reports.

·          Analyze financial data to ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial goals are met.

·          Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

·          Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with the ability to analyze financial data.

·          Demonstrate expertise in Psft

·          Project Portfolio Management with hands-on experience in project tracking and reporting.

·          Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

·          Showcase strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

·          Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and on schedule.

·          Display a high level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
