As an Oracle HCM Senior Consultant you´ll:

  • Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc. with multicultural technical team.
  • Assist clients in addressing technical challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
  • Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
  • Drive multiple technical requests and follow until closure (documentation, troubleshoot, technical testing, schedule functional testing & user testing, migration and closure.
  • Do testing according to Oracle releases (manual and automation) to identify risks and troubleshoot them.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for Conversion development including writing cleansing and transformation rules.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or 4 years of Experience in Peoplesoft - Payroll
  • HR Processes solid knowledge
  • At least 1 year of experience leading technical implementation projects
  • Fluent Technical English Speaker is a must.
  • International Payroll and Benefits knowledge is preferable.
  • Proven track record supporting all Conversion stages based on agile methodology, with significant client interaction at all stages
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience on large scale data migration projects using relational databases or ETL toolsets
  • Strong relational database design experience with programming experience in Stored
  • Plan sprint by sprint work and manage work-stream deliverables.
  • Highly organized with the ability to establish and meet objectives on time
  • Strong communicator who can work with many different teams
