We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a   .NET Developer.

What you’ll do:  

·        Hands on Knowledge in SQL Server, .Net Technologies focused in pharmaceuticals companies    (IS REQUIERED) .

·        Data structures and object-oriented designs.

·        Understanding of incident, problem, change and release management process.

Requirements

 

·        Experienced on IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy or Service Manager.

·        Experience working with third party vendor applications.

·        Must to have: experience working on Manufacturing application/ .Net and  support experience, LS preferred.

·        Advance English

Good to have domain knowledge:

Experience in Support  in Discoverant and Bartender.
Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now , Toolsgroup and JIRA
Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & Non- production environments, Perform impact analysis of business ur issues at L1 , L2, L3 levels.
