We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manager to lead   in the Platform and Practice Technology organization. This person will be responsible for the timely delivery of business critical products and features. Emphasis will be placed on communication, collaboration, and driving results. They will manage multiple concurrent and complex software development efforts and communicate their details to a variety of technical and non-technical personnel. Accountable for product quality, and motivating and mentoring development staff. 

About the Role:

  • Supervise team members to include assignments, balancing workload, giving timely and appropriate performance management feedback, and ensuring appropriate goals for team members, consistent with department and team priorities. 

  • Manage the processes for interviewing, hiring, and training new team members. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate responsiveness to issues and needs. 

  • Develop talent to ensure employee engagement, high performance, and appropriate coverage on all areas of responsibility. 

  • Manage and facilitate product implementation and delivery.

About You:

  • Previous leadership experience (personnel and/or project management experience) 

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience 

  • 5+ years of Experience with relevant technologies (Java, C#, Azure/AWS, HTML, Angular, etc.) 

  • 5+ years of experience delivering software utilizing Agile methodologies. 

  • English language proficiency
