Join our team! As a Manager in the Digital Solutions organization in the FindLaw group, one ensures high-quality execution of projects through leadership skills, effective team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

This Manager will work closely with other leadership both within Digital Solutions and in conjunction with other business units in Thomson Reuters to implement consistent standards for Spanish and English content, website design, and digital marketing to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

About the Role   

In this opportunity as a Manager, Digital Solutions you will:   

Production:

  • Achieve deliverable time frames and promote a high level of staff utilization and productivity.
  • Analyze and report key measurements of processes implemented.
  • Recommend and manage external supplier relationships.
  • Address escalated client and business issues and bring them to a positive resolution.
  • Strong focus on finding solutions and driving execution.
  • Manage a cross functional team with Spanish and English skills that will perform various tasks to reach business and customer objectives.
    • Content: Experience with content messaging in Spanish and English that is targeted to the preferred language and audience to deliver an authentic connection.
    • Digital Marketing:  Help FindLaw realize the advantages to optimizing customer search engine optimized (SEO) content for Spanish and English speaking markets.
    • Website Design: Managing two designers to create English and Spanish mobile first website designs for our small/mid law firm website customers.
  • Create and standardize our Spanish language strategy for content, design and digital marketing.

Team Management:

  • Assist team members in formulating development plans that support overall business objectives.
  • Motivate and manage team members to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Provides team members with targeted, timely and effective feedback.
  • Sets expectations with team members, including holding individuals accountable and coaching to expectations.
  • Identify and recommend training needs/opportunities for the team.
  • Work with business leaders to manage resourcing needs.
  • Prepare performance reviews as instructed by the business
  • Coach, mentor, and performance manage team as needed.
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection of new team members.

Strategy:

  • Identify process improvement needs, recommend solutions, and implement changes.
  • Collaborate, cross-functionally, to quickly identify issues and resolve to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing and social media trends, strategies, platforms, and tools.
  • Identify opportunities with AI and automation to improve performance outcomes for clients.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital marketing best practices and tools.
  • Managing change within the team and the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders in planning and implementation of new business solutions.
  • Identify innovative approaches to evolve customer strategy and how we deliver on those strategies.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • 3 + years experience in leading a cross-functional team, preferably content, design, and digital marketing.
  • 1-2 + years of people management experience or mentoring/coaching experience.
  • 1-2 + years experience in managing external vendor/supplier relationships.
  • Spanish and English understanding of digital marketing, content, website design, and social media concepts, channels, and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and employee development skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on driving change
  • Highly organized with a project management mindset.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills using multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage challenging client issues.
  • Works well in a team environment, embraces change, and is highly adaptable.
