Within our global, Managed Services platform, we provide Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services), where we focus more so on the evolution of our clients’ applications and cloud portfolio. Our focus is to empower our client’s to navigate and capture the value of their application portfolio while cost-effectively operating and protecting their solutions. We do this so that our clients can focus on what matters most to your business: accelerating growth that is dynamic, efficient and cost-effective.    

 

As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work.  It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relati onship perspective.  

 

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.The role will include deal support of managed services proposed engagements including data gathering, analyzing, effort and cost estimating plus contributing to proposal content and client-facing activities during the sales process. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to::  

 

  • Collaborate effectively with others.  

  • Work with proposal response team to interpret customer defined or implied requirements against our solutions and delivery capabilities  

  • Engage with customer stakeholders and others to validate service requirements, consider solution options, and identify service integration requirements  

  •  Work with global delivery teams, including offshore acceleration centers and third parties to confirm resource availability to meet solution requirements  

  • Identify all support costs and populate cost models accurately for full visibility of costs related to transitioning and delivering the service over the contract term  

  • Identify and mitigate solution risks  

  • Support sales activity in presenting our solution approach and methods to customer stakeholder groups (discovery sessions and orals)  

  • Develop and maintain solution estimation tools  

  • Gather standard content from multiple sources to provide input to RFI/RFP response documents  

  • Update/maintain repository of standard content response samples for future reference  

 

 Required Skills

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience on the PI/PO/CPI in Support/implementation projects   

  • PI/PO/CPI development knowledge for both part design as well as configuration.  

  • Should have done at least 3 End to End implementations.  

  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, other cloud systems using CPI.  

  • Java and groovy script Knowledge will add advantage.  

  • Basic ABAP knowledge and SAP BTP Knowledge   

  • If SLD knowledge is there then it will be an added advantage.  

  • Responsible for handling incidents and tickets causing service disruption in the PI/PO/CPI landscape.  

  • End to end experience on interface build SLD, ESR, ID, TSD perform, UAT, transport of changes   

  • SAP PI/PO interfaces Monitoring and support.   

  • Good knowledge in using at least one SAP module in the areas of logistics or finance (key user level).  

  • Interest in solving challenges involving both business and technical.  

  • Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.  


Preferred Skills

  • Well versed with SAP Standard adapters File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, 3rdParty adapters.  

  • Act as a technical team lead for the requested deliverables which includes adhering to the timeline, effort and assuring quality.
