Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for automotive applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Apply your strong C++ programming skills to create efficient and optimized code that meets project requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to design and implement modular and reusable software components.
• Work within an Agile framework, participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to iterative development and delivery.
• Manage software version control using Git, ensuring codebase integrity and facilitating collaboration among team members.
• Develop and maintain Linux services in C++ to support automotive software solutions.
• Collaborate with middleware development teams to integrate software components with underlying systems and hardware.

Skills

Must have

General:
• Bachelor's or master's Degree either in CS, EE, or EC Engineering
• Experience in the Automotive industry or MW development experience in one of these domains: radio services, tuners, TV boxes
• Experience working in distributed/virtual teams
• Experience working with the Client directly
• A clear understanding of the Agile methodology
• Configuration Management Systems (CMS) like Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Software development:
• 10+ years' programming experience in C++
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Software Version Control experience (Git)
• Strong experience working with Linux OS
• Linux service development in C++
• Middleware software development

Nice to have

• Embedded Software development experience
• Experience working with Automotive protocols (CAN)
• Experience developing Mobile (Android) and Automotive (HMI, Infotainment) applications
